The mission of San Benito County’s Health & Human Services Agency is to support and strengthen individuals and families by assuring safety, promoting self-sufficiency, eliminating poverty, and improving the quality of life in our community.

Immunizations

Immunizations are an important part of staying healthy at every age. Vaccines help protect against serious diseases and reduce the spread of illness in our community. Staying up to date with recommended vaccines is important, no matter where you receive your vaccines.
San Benito County Public Health offers FREE vaccines to eligible children and adults.
  • Children ages 0-18: May qualify through the Vaccine for Children (VFC) program if they are uninsured, enrolled in Medi-Cal, or American Indian/Alaska Native.
  • Adults 19+: May qualify if they are uninsured or their health insurance does not fully cover the cost of vaccines.
  • Flu vaccines: Free flu vaccines are available during flu season to everyone, regardless of insurance status.
